Your journey begins in the eerie lobby of the mechanical courthouse. After a brief tutorial on movement and basic attacks, you'll face your first wave of grotesque mechanical enemies. Focus on learning the rhythm-based combat system — each enemy attack follows a distinct audio cue. The first boss, the Warden's Gavel, is a giant hammer-wielding construct that attacks in three-beat patterns. Dodge to the side on the third beat and counterattack during its recovery animation.

Chapter 2: The Records Hall

This sprawling area introduces environmental hazards like moving conveyor belts and laser grids. You'll encounter the Docket Scribes — floating enemies that summon smaller minions.
