Lucky's Funhouse Walkthrough: Survive & Uncover Secrets

Welcome to the Funhouse

Lucky's Funhouse is a single-player horror adventure that traps you inside a twisted carnival of nightmares. Your goal is simple: survive long enough to uncover the truth behind the monstrous entity known only as "Lucky." This walkthrough will guide you through every room, puzzle, and decision point, ensuring you reach one of the game's multiple endings.

Before diving in, make sure your system meets the requirements by checking the official system requirements guide. The game is available on PC and Linux, and was released on June 9, 2026.

The First Floor: Escape the Entry Hall

You begin in a dimly lit entry hall with three doors. The central door is locked. Your first task is to find the Rusty Key inside the desk drawer to your left. Use it on the left door to enter the Kitchen.

Inside the Kitchen, you will find a Broken Knife on the counter. Combine it with the Sharpening Stone located in the sink to create a Carving Knife. Use this knife to cut the rope holding the back door shut. This leads to the Garden.

In the Garden, search the birdbath for a Small Gear. Return to the entry hall and use the Small Gear on the clock mechanism next to the central door. The clock will chime, and the central door will unlock. Proceed into the Library.

The Library Puzzle and the Basement

The Library is filled with bookshelves and a large portrait of Lucky. You need to solve the Book Order Puzzle. Examine the note on the desk: it reads "Red, Blue, Green, Yellow." Interact with the four colored books on the shelf and arrange them in that exact order. The portrait will slide aside, revealing a staircase to the Basement.

The Basement is dark and contains several Traps. Use the Flashlight you found in the Library desk to navigate. You must avoid the swinging blades and pressure plates. At the far end, you will find the Basement Key hanging on a hook. Grab it and return to the first floor. Use this key on the locked door to the right of the entry hall, which opens the Workshop.

The Workshop and the First Encounter

The Workshop is cluttered with tools and machinery. Here, you must craft a Dummy Decoy to distract Lucky. Collect the Mannequin Torso, Cloth, and Pulley Rope from various shelves. Combine them in your inventory to create the decoy.

Place the decoy on the pressure plate in the center of the room. This will trigger a loud noise, drawing Lucky away from the far door. Quickly, use the Crowbar (found near the workbench) to pry open the door leading to the Hall of Mirrors.

The Hall of Mirrors: Navigating the Illusions

The Hall of Mirrors is a maze of reflections. Lucky will appear in the mirrors, but she cannot touch you directly here. Your goal is to find the Real Exit. Follow these steps:

1. Ignore the reflections. Lucky will try to mislead you by pointing to wrong doors.
2. Look for the cracked mirror. The only safe path is through the mirror with a single crack in the top-left corner.
3. Walk through the cracked mirror. This will transport you to the Ritual Chamber.

Inside the Ritual Chamber, you must solve the final puzzle. There are five pedestals, each with a symbol: Moon, Star, Sun, Eye, and Skull. The solution is hidden in a note you found earlier in the Library: "The Eye sees the Moon, the Moon hides the Star, the Star fears the Sun, the Sun burns the Skull." Activate the pedestals in this order: Eye, Moon, Star, Sun, Skull. This will open the final door.

The Final Confrontation and Endings

You now face Lucky in her true form. Your choices here determine the ending. You have three options:

• Fight: Use the Carving Knife to attack Lucky directly. This is difficult but leads to the "Survivor" ending, where you escape the funhouse.
• Ritual: Use the Ritual Dagger (hidden behind the final pedestal) to complete the binding ritual. This leads to the "Prisoner" ending, where you trap Lucky but remain trapped yourself.
• Join: Do nothing and let Lucky approach you. This leads to the "Funhouse Forever" ending, where you become the new monster.

Post-Game and Secrets

Additionally, there are several hidden secrets throughout the funhouse. For example, in the Basement, there is a false wall behind the third shelf from the left. Breaking it reveals a hidden room containing the Lucky Doll, an item that provides a clue to the game's backstory.
