The quest interface is accessible from the main menu, where you can track active objectives and claim completed rewards. Unclaimed rewards do not expire, so you can safely accumulate them.

Story Quests: Cleaning the Ocean Floor

Story Quests are linear missions that unlock as you increase your total garbage collected. Each quest chain focuses on a specific region of the ocean, from the Sunlit Zone to the Abyssal Plain. Completing a story quest typically requires collecting a certain amount of trash, reaching a specific idle income rate, or upgrading your cleaning equipment.

Early quests introduce basic mechanics like manual clicking and simple upgrades. Mid-game quests require strategic resource allocation between multiple cleanup zones. Late-game story quests challenge you to optimize your idle setup for maximum efficiency.

Each completed story quest rewards you with Atlantean Crystals, the premium currency used for permanent upgrades and cosmetic items. Some quests also unlock new areas, which expand your cleaning capacity and introduce new trash types with varying point values.

Daily Tasks and Weekly Challenges

Daily Tasks are your primary source of consistent progression. Each day, you receive three tasks from a pool of possible objectives. Common daily tasks include:

• Collect 10,000 pieces of trash
• Upgrade any cleaning tool twice
• Earn 5,000 idle income
• Complete three manual clicks in rapid succession

Completing all three daily tasks grants a bonus reward of 50 Atlantean Crystals. Weekly Challenges appear every Monday and offer larger rewards for more demanding objectives, such as collecting 1 million trash or reaching a new depth record.

Platinum achievements often grant exclusive cosmetic items like unique cleaning drones or decorative coral structures for your base. These items do not affect gameplay but serve as status symbols within the community.

Optimizing Quest Progression

To maximize quest completion speed, focus on balancing active play with idle income. Early game, manual clicking provides the fastest progress for story quests. As you unlock upgrades, idle income becomes more significant.

Prioritize upgrades that increase trash value per click, as this benefits both manual and idle collection. The "Magnetic Net" upgrade, available after completing the first zone, automatically collects nearby trash every 30 seconds, significantly boosting idle efficiency.

For daily tasks, always complete the three tasks that align with your current play style. If you plan to play actively, choose click-based tasks. If you are stepping away, select idle income tasks.

Use Atlantean Crystals sparingly on rerolls. Save them for permanent upgrades that increase overall quest reward values. The "Quest Mastery" permanent upgrade, costing 500 crystals, increases all quest rewards by 25%.

Common Quest Issues and Solutions

Some players report difficulty completing "Collect specific trash type" tasks. This is because certain trash types only appear in specific zones. Check the task description for zone requirements and ensure you have unlocked the correct area.

If a task seems stuck, verify that you are not in "Idle Only" mode, which disables manual clicking. Switch to "Active Mode" from the settings menu to complete click-based tasks.

For achievement challenges requiring massive trash collection, consider using the "Auto-Collect" feature after unlocking it in the Twilight Zone. This feature automatically collects trash from all unlocked zones every 5 minutes, dramatically increasing your collection rate.

The "Deep Diver" achievement can be completed efficiently by focusing upgrade resources on a single zone rather than spreading them across multiple zones. Concentrated upgrades unlock new depth thresholds faster.
