In Re:Bloom 花精霊のぽかぽか温泉郷, romance is a subtle but rewarding mechanic woven into the core gameplay of building and managing your温泉. Unlike traditional dating sims, affection is built through consistent care and attention to each flower spirit's unique needs. Each of the six main flower spirits has a hidden affection meter that increases when you perform specific actions.

The romance system is directly tied to the温泉's development. As you collect and spend Poka energy to build new baths and decorations, you'll unlock new dialogue options and interaction opportunities. Building Affection Through Daily Care

Daily interactions form the foundation of any romantic relationship in this game. Each flower spirit has a preferred bath temperature and favorite decoration type. Pay close attention to their reactions when you place new items or adjust the water temperature.

The most effective way to raise affection is through the "Personal Touch" system. After building a spirit's preferred bath, you can manually adjust the water flow and add flower petals. Doing this three times in a row without missing a day triggers a special "Thank You" animation. Missing a day resets this streak, so consistency is crucial. Triggering Special Events

Special romance events are tied to both affection thresholds and温泉 expansion milestones. Once a spirit's affection reaches level 3 (out of 5), you'll unlock their first personal quest. These quests often require specific温泉 facilities, such as a private bath or a特定 flower garden.

The first event for each character triggers after you have built at least five unique baths and spoken to the spirit 10 times. After completing their quest, you'll unlock a unique dialogue scene where they share their backstory. Character-Specific Romance Paths

Each flower spirit has a unique romance path with distinct requirements:

Sakura (Cherry Blossom Spirit) prefers warm baths with pink decorations. Her affection increases fastest when you place cherry blossom trees near her bath. At max affection, she unlocks a shared温泉 viewing platform.

Lily (Water Lily Spirit) loves cool, shaded baths. She responds best to blue and purple decorations. Her special event requires building a moon-viewing deck.

Rose (Rose Spirit) enjoys hot baths with red decorations. She appreciates when you maintain the温泉 garden. Her romance path includes a gift-giving mechanic.

Lavender (Lavender Spirit) prefers medium-temperature baths with purple decorations. She values quiet time and responds well to minimalistic designs.

Sunflower (Sunflower Spirit) loves warm baths in sunny areas. She enjoys bright yellow decorations and open spaces.

Camellia (Camellia Spirit) favors hot baths with white decorations. She is the most challenging to romance, requiring perfect daily care streaks.

Gifts and Their Effects

Gifts play a vital role in accelerating romance. You can craft gifts using materials gathered from温泉 exploration. Each spirit has preferred gifts:

• Sakura: Cherry blossom incense (+15 affection)
• Lily: Water lily essence (+12 affection)
• Rose: Rose petal soap (+18 affection)
• Lavender: Lavender sachet (+10 affection)
• Sunflower: Sunflower seed snack (+14 affection)
• Camellia: Camellia oil (+20 affection)

Unlocking the True Ending

The true romance ending requires completing all six character paths to maximum affection. This unlocks the "Harmony of Blossoms" achievement and a final scene where all spirits gather in the main温泉.

To achieve this, you must carefully manage your time and resources. Focus on one spirit at a time until you reach affection level 4, then rotate to maintain all relationships. The final event triggers after you have built the "Grand Blossom Bath" facility, which requires 10,000 Poka energy.
