The game uses three primary currencies: Credits, Void Shards, and Evolution Cores. Each serves a distinct purpose, from purchasing basic items to unlocking powerful creature upgrades. Credits: The Basic Currency

Credits are the most common currency in Voidling Bound. You earn them from virtually every activity: defeating enemies, completing story missions, and selling unwanted gear. Credits are used for everyday expenses like buying consumables, repairing equipment, and paying for fast travel.

The best way to farm Credits is by replaying the Asterion Fields mission on Normal difficulty. This mission offers a high density of weak enemies and a quick completion time, yielding approximately 1,500 Credits per run. For late-game farming, the Nexus Gauntlet challenge mode provides a steady stream of Credits alongside other rewards.

Void Shards: The Progression Currency

Void Shards are a mid-tier currency required for hatching new Voidlings, unlocking ability slots, and purchasing rare blueprints. They are harder to obtain than Credits and are primarily dropped by elite enemies and boss encounters. You can also find Void Shards in hidden caches scattered throughout the game's maps.

To efficiently farm Void Shards, target the World Boss "Xy’loth" located in the Crimson Wastes. This boss drops between 50 and 100 Shards per kill. You can respawn the boss by leaving the area and returning. Evolution Cores: The Endgame Resource
