Voidling Bound features a unique gacha system centered around hatching alien creatures from mysterious eggs. Unlike traditional monster-taming games that rely on random encounters, Voidling Bound uses a currency-based egg pull system where players spend in-game resources to obtain new Voidlings. This system is the primary way to expand your collection and discover powerful creatures for combat.

The gacha is integrated directly into the game's hub area, where you interact with the Hatchery terminal. Each pull costs a set amount of credits or special Hatchery Tokens, and you can choose between different egg types that determine the potential rarity of the Voidling inside. The system is designed to be rewarding for both free-to-play and paying players, with generous early-game currency and a clear pity system.

Egg Types and Rarity Tiers

There are three main egg types available in the Voidling Bound gacha:

Standard Egg – Costs 500 credits. Contains Common, Uncommon, and Rare Voidlings. This is your everyday pull option and the best way to build your early roster.

Rare Egg – Costs 1,500 credits or 1 Hatchery Token. Guarantees at least a Rare Voidling, with a chance at Epic and Legendary drops. This egg is the go-to for mid-game players looking to fill gaps in their team.

Prime Egg – Costs 3,000 credits or 3 Hatchery Tokens. Guarantees an Epic or Legendary Voidling. This is the premium option for end-game players chasing top-tier creatures.

Pity System and Guarantees

Voidling Bound implements a soft and hard pity system to prevent extreme bad luck. After 50 pulls on any egg type without receiving an Epic or higher, your chance of pulling an Epic or Legendary increases by 5% per subsequent pull. This soft pity caps at 100 pulls, at which point you are guaranteed an Epic or Legendary Voidling.

For Legendary hunters, there is a separate hard pity: after 200 total pulls across any egg type, you are guaranteed a Legendary Voidling. This counter resets only when you pull a Legendary. The pity system is shared across all egg types, meaning pulls on Standard Eggs contribute to your Legendary pity count.

Currency Acquisition

Credits are the primary gacha currency and can be earned through various in-game activities:

• Completing story missions – Each main story mission rewards 100-300 credits.
• Daily and weekly quests – Daily quests give 50 credits each, while weekly quests give 500 credits.
• Arena battles – Win PvP matches to earn credits and occasional Hatchery Tokens.
• Boss raids – Defeat world bosses for large credit payouts and token drops.
• Achievement milestones – Unlock achievements for bonus credits and tokens.
• Progression rewards – Leveling up your player rank grants credit bundles.

Hatchery Tokens are rarer and are primarily obtained through:

• Battle Pass rewards – Free and premium tracks include tokens at key levels.
• Events – Limited-time events often award tokens as milestone rewards.
• First-time purchase bonus – Buying any credit pack gives a one-time token bonus.
• Login rewards – Monthly login calendars include 1-3 tokens.

Free-to-Play Tips

Maximizing your gacha pulls without spending real money requires smart resource management:

• Save credits for Rare Eggs – Standard Eggs are tempting but have low value. Save 1,500 credits for Rare Eggs to guarantee at least a Rare Voidling.
• Complete daily quests every day – This nets you 350 credits per week, plus weekly quest bonuses.
• Focus on the Battle Pass – Even the free track gives tokens and credits. Prioritize completing pass objectives.
• Don't pull on Prime Eggs as a F2P player – The token cost is too high. Use tokens on Rare Eggs for better long-term value.
• Use pity to your advantage – If you're close to soft pity, pull on Standard Eggs to build the counter cheaply before switching to Rare Eggs.

Duplicate Voidlings and Upgrading

Pulling duplicate Voidlings is not wasted. Each duplicate converts into Void Shards, which are used to upgrade your existing creatures. The number of shards depends on the rarity:

• Common duplicate: 5 shards
• Uncommon duplicate: 15 shards
• Rare duplicate: 50 shards
• Epic duplicate: 200 shards
• Legendary duplicate: 1,000 shards

Shards are used at the Evolution Lab to increase a Voidling's star level. Higher star levels unlock new abilities, stat boosts, and visual evolutions. This system ensures that even common pulls contribute to your long-term progression.
